GoTidy Trademark registration is an intellectual property of Jyothy Labs Ltd. 

1. In the event of any query of the customer with respect to damage or loss of garment(s), delivery of wrong garment(s), delivery of less garment(s), the customer may raise the query by writing an email to feedback@gotidy.in or though “Gotidy” App/Website www.gotidy.in
2. The customer shall provide all the details including supporting documents, information, photographs etc in support to their query as and when requested by GoTidy, failing which no query shall be entertained by GoTidy.

    

3. The customer may be eligible for refund of bill amount subject to satisfaction of GoTidy, after scrutinising the supporting documents, information, photographs etc provided by the Customer and such refund may be initiated within 7 to 10 working days from the date when the query has been resolved at the discretion of Gotidy to the original payment method/account of the customer.

    

4. In all the circumstances, the compensation/damages/refund payable by Gotidy to the customer shall not exceed ten (10) times of the bill amount or Rs. 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only), whichever is less.

    

5. In case multiple amounts are remitted from the customer’s end to Gotidy due to any technical/internet problem, then Gotidy may initiate retransfer of such amount to customer’s after securitizing the payment history and such other details of the customer.

    

6. All the payments as mentioned herein above shall be only in Indian Rupees.

    

7. Gotidy shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss(s) or damage(s) of/to garment(s) due to occurrence of force majeure event such as fire, flood, storm, natural calamities, earthquake, enemies, war, riot, civil commotion, lock-down or any other irresponsible force, act of God which are beyond the control of Gotidy and Gotidy is not liable for any compensation/damages.

    

8. By availing services from Gotidy, the customer agrees that he/she has thoroughly read, understood and agreed to this refund policy and other terms and conditions.

    

9. Gotidy reserves the right to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions herein above at any point in time as deemed fit and without any prior intimation to the customer.
